Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE THE FOLLOWING described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on Tuesday the 6th day of May of 1980, at 9:30 a.m. on the front steps of the Iron County Courthouse Cour-thouse in Parowan, Iron County, State of Utah, by SECURITY TITLE COMPANY COM-PANY OF SOUTHERN UTAH, as Trustee, under a deed of trust executed by Wesley E. Blake and Phyllis B. Blake, his wife, as Trustors, and recorded ont he 2nd day of February, 1978, as Entry Number 198022, in Book 235, at pages 719-721 inclusive, of the official records in the office of the County Recorder of Iron County, Utah, to secure an indebtedness in favor of the Lockhart Finance Company, a corporation, by reason of breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded on 31 December, 1979, in Book 258, pages 580-582, 580-582, as Entry No. 215132, of the official records of Iron County, Utah. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States of America at the time of said sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, the following described real property in the county of Iron, State of Utah, to-wit: PARCEL 1: Commencing , at the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 8, Plat "B", Parowan City Survey, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 112.5 feet; thence East 140.25 feet; thence South 112.5 feet; thence West 74.25 feet to the place of beginning. ALSO: Commencing at a point 112.5 feet North of the Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 8, Plat "B", Parowan City Survey, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 118.5 feet; thence East S.-T&.75 feet; thence South 231 feet; thence West 16.5 feet; thence North 112.5 feet; thence West 74.25 feet to the point of beginning. PARCEL 2: Commencing 205 feet South of the Northeast Nor-theast corner of Lot 1, Block 10, Plat "B", Parowan City Survey, and running thence West 80 feet ; thence South 25 feet; thence East 80 feet; thence North 25 feet to the point of beginning, for the purpose of laying obligations secured by said deed of trust, including fees, charges, and expenses of trustee, advances, if any, under the terms of said deed, interest thereon, and unpaid principal of the Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note as by law provided, and for Trustee's fees and for attorney fees and all costs and expenses as by law provided.
