Marie Memmott of Cedar City has been selected as the area chairman of "Neighborhood "Neigh-borhood March, 1980" for the Utah Arthritis Foundation. The campaign is an effort to raise funds for patient services, public education and Arthritis research. A resident of Cedar City for 31 years, Mrs. Memmott is the wife of Merrill G. Memmott. She is an active member of the 15th Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and has recently been elected to serve as Secretary-treasurer Secretary-treasurer of the Iron Mission Region of the . Utah Association of Women. She will be assisted in the fund-raising campaign by several volunteers, including in-cluding Jula DeMille and Afton LeFevre.
