Show Miss Ruth Hatch and John L. Rencher Marry In Seattle SEATTLE, Wash. United in marriage mar-riage here on March 4th were Miss Ruth Hatch, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. .A. O. Hatch, of Salt Lake City and John L. Rencher, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mason S. Rencher of Pine Valley. Vows were exchanged at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Irvin Mc-Arthur Mc-Arthur with Bishop G. Carlston of the Rainier ward officiating. For the ceremony the bride wore a light blue wool jersey traveling dress with a corsage of orchids. She was attended by her mother, as matron of honor. Schuyler M. Gardner of Delta, a Dixie college graduate and intimate inti-mate friend of the groom's, acted as best man. Special guests for the occasion were Mrs. Hatch and Mrs. Rencher, mothers of the bride and groom, who made the trip to Seattle together for the wedding. An informal dinner was served immediately following which the young couple went by boat to Victoria, B. C, on a short honeymoon, honey-moon, before returning to Seattle, where they will make their home. Mrs. Rencher is a graduate of West high school in Salt Lake City and Mr. Rencher is a graduate grad-uate of the Dixie junior college, where he was prominent in school activties, serving as student body president in his senior year. |
