Show A. L. Ii. Club No. 11 Holds Spring Open Session Alice Louise Reynolds club Chapter Chap-ter 11 held their spring open session ses-sion for friends Thursday, Mar. 18, in the Relief Society rooms of the South ward chapel with Mrs. Duke Sutton, Mrs. Murray Webb and Mrs. Irwin Johnson as hostesses. A wood fire in the open grate made the room home-like, and bowls of daffodils were used in decorating. Mrs. Iliff Andrus gave a short and clever address of welcome. Mrs. Clawson Burgess gave a travel talk on "The Hawaiian Islands", Is-lands", and Mrs. Grant Whitehead on "Australia", interspersed by a Hula dance in native costume by Miss Joyce Wilkin; popular Australian Aus-tralian dances by Cleo Sullivan, Greg Snow, Flora Brooks and Claren Williams, and a vocal solo, "There'll Always Be Australia", by Mrs. Mack Jackson. |
