Show LaYerkb Winferd Gubler Re porter Three parties marked the social calendar here this week. The Sunday school gave a lawn party for all officers and teachers at the Fuller home. Miss Pauline Fuller and Mrs. Alice Gubler were in charge of entertainment and ice cream was the big compliment of the evening. There was a gathering of friends at the home . of Mrs. Amelia Wilson. Cards were the diversion of the evening. Mrs. Pauline Wilson was hostess hos-tess to a lawn party at her home for the younger village stitchers. Two babies were christened at meeting on Sunday. Mrs. LaRue Stratton had her baby named Caro Lee and Mrs. Moroni Sanders San-ders had her baby named Mildred Amelia. Wilford Thompson and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Thompson returned from Livingston, Mont. Ervil Sanders returned from a trip east. He spent one night in Canada staying with Elder Reeve' of Hurricane, who is there on a mission. Mrs. Ella Stevens is here visiting visit-ing her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Bringham Hardy. |
