Robin Reed singled and stole second base. Arliss McKee gained a base hit and Reed tried to score on a passed ball. Reed was tagged by Cindy Anderson Ander-son for the final out. Gudac's Critton and Brenda Jackson were retired quickly in the top of the fourth and Anderson was walked. Anderson stole second and third, bu Janis Olbert struck out. Orley's went down one, two, three in the bottom of the fourth. Stacie Searle was walked in the top of the fifth and Emily Reynolds singled. Searle was forced out at second base. Reynolds increased the Gudac lead to 3-0 when she scored on a passed ball. Marcie Critton advanced to first base on an error, stole second and scored on a single by Kim Slaugh. Andy Critton ripped out a double and knocked in Slaugh with a 5-0 lead. Brenda Jackson was walked and Critton scored Gudac's sixth run. Anderson singled and Jackson scored to give Gudac a-7-0 ad vantage. Portia Hanchett was hit by the pitcher pit-cher in the bottom of the fifth, but Mar-cia Mar-cia Johnson struck out. Cristy Beaslin-reached Beaslin-reached first base on an error and Hanchett Han-chett scored Orley's first run. Reed struck out, but Nancy Allen was walked and Beaslin scored on a passed ball. Arliss McKee smashed a double and knocked in Allen. McKee scored on a wild pitch. Denise Hanchett grounded out to end the game 7 to 4 in favor of Gudac. |
