OCR Text	Show NOTICE OF FILING NO. 10720 IN THE FOURTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF UINTAH COUNTY STATE OF UTAH IN RE TO WITHDRAWAL OF LANDS FROM THE ASHLEY VALLEY WATER AND SEWER IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 17-6-28 Utah Code Ann. (1953) that a petition was filed in the above court on October 23, 1980, for the withdrawal of lands from the Ashley Valley Water and Sewer Improvement District. Such lands include in-clude the area known as the Ashley Area, the boundaries of which are described in the petition. The petition may be examined ex-amined in the Uintah County Clerk's Office, i Vernal, Utah. DATED this 8th day of January, 1981.
