"The trees were already cut, trimmed and stacked, when we were contacted," said Larry Crowl, deputy sheriff. The trees are valued at $600 to $800, but could be valued much more depending depen-ding on their use. The property owners involved in-volved offer an award for the arrest and conviction of those involved in the theft. Persons with information infor-mation can contact the Uintah County Sheriff Department where investigation in-vestigation is continuing. "We're trying to warn other people of what may happen to them," a property pro-perty owner said. |
