Companies will attempt to attract workers away from their jobs and a general unrest is caused in the existing labor force. It may also cause a wave of local inflation to hit the area. When lots of money is available, it takes lots of money to live. We hope the prospects for increased prosperity in the area will not cause dissatisfaction among those who make up the back-bone of the community. Those who looked to the northeastern sky Sunday night between 8 and 10 o'clock saw a rare appearance of the Northern Lights. It was a spectacular sight. We thank those who called to tell us about it. This week is the annual Spring Vacation Vaca-tion for Uintah School District. School will not be held Thursday and Friday. This along with Easter Sunday will give many an opportunity to visit relatives or go on outings as families. If the weather continues through the week as it has been during the first few days, we expect this to be a great outdoor Easter weekend. |
