Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, en-cumbrances, at the front steps of the Uintah County Courthouse, Vernal, Utah, on the 10th day of September, 1981, at 10: no o'clock a.m. of said day : Beginning at a point 710 feet East of the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of Krnotiomtl Block 3, Plat "A". Vernal City Survey of building lots, and running thence North 132 8 feet: thence East 60.0 feet; thence South 132 8 feet; thence West 60 0 feet to the place of Iieginning. and being a part of the Southwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 23, Township 4 South, Range 21 East, Salt Lake Base & Meridian. Commonly known as 221 East 200 North, Vernal, Utah. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these nonjudicial non-judicial proceedings is dated May 22, 1979, and was executed bv FRED LOUIS SMITH and MARY LYNN SMITH, husband and wife.
