Show Traffic count increases for Basin Uintah Basin vehicle traffic continues con-tinues to increase as the state overall traffic is on the decrease, according to the February Utah Department of Transportation traffic bulletin. The traffic count is from 67 permanently operated traffic recording stations located throughout the state. According to the UDOT report, the overall traffic in the state decreased 5.5 percent when compared with the corresponding month of last year and a decrease of 4.2 percent is listed for the first two months compared with last year. Interstate 80 at Parleys Canyon was down 5.3 percent for the month and down 8.5 percent for the year.
