His vehicle, a 1972 Buick Skylark, left the raodway and collided into a building owned by Kate Boren, 775 East Main. Acres was thrown from the vehicle. He suffered facial lacerations and a broken pelvis. He was transported tran-sported to the Uintah County Hospital and later to a Salt Lake City hospital where Monday he was listed in critical condition. Total damages were estimated at $4,500. |
