Show - . - : P. :r I " . - .-- i ' I i- I I , MERRELL LISONBEE Merrell Lisonbee celebrates 75 years An open house will honor Merrell ' ' Lisonbee on Saturday, Dec. 13 at 7 p.rft: in the Moon Lake Building, Roosevelt. No gifts please. Lisonbee was born in Vernal. He was raised in Bluebell and has been employed em-ployed in farming and cowboy work for the better part of his life. His first job was at the Nutters Ranch in Nine Mile Canyon at the age of 16. Lisonbee worked :i years in the mines in Park City. I'tah: His mother was Mary Remington Merrell and his father was Alva Leonadus Lisonbee. He had six brothers and five sisters. Lisonbee married Lena Abegglen Jan. IS, 1929. He later married Myrth Fenn Thompson on Sept. 20, 1958. His five children are Doyle Lisonbee, Duchesne; Betty Peterson, Kern, Wash.; Marilyn Sisco, Vernal; Becky h r 175 Winterton, Rodsevelt; and Tom w Lisonbee (deceased). He has nine stepchildren step-children who are; Eldon Thompson, j Nebraska; Randy Thompson, Ml Home; Ellen Rasmussen, Roosevelt; i:J LeAnna Iorg, Roosevelt; John t sti Thompson, Roosevelt; Susan Ivie, M Roosevelt; Peg Foot, Vernal; Theresa .j.' Galley, Vernal; Kathy Young, Salt j:tri Lake City. Lisonbee is the grandfather 7; of 46 grandchildren and 8 great grand- ; children. j jcr |
