Show Notice of Public Hairing The Moab City Council will hold a public hearing, as required by law, to amend Chapter 27, Moab City Code 1965, as amended, relating to the official Zoning Map, in the City Council Chambers on May 4, 1976, at 8 p.m. Application has been received re-ceived to amend the City Zoning Map from R-2 residential residen-tial zone to C-4 general commercial zone, on the following described property: The NEVi of the SEV, Sec. 35, T25S, R21E, SLB&M, beginning begin-ning at a point which bears N. 269.0 ft. from the SE Corner of the NEV4 of the SEV of Sec. 35, T25S, R21E, SLB&M, proceeding thence W. 331.0 ft. thence N. 207.0 ft., thence E. 331.0 ft., thence S. 207.0 ft. to the point of beginning, said property owned by Edward L. Tomsic, Ed's Plumbing and Heating, and Ellen M. Alger, A & E Electric, 635 and 637 North 5th West. All parties and interested citizens shall have an opportunity oppor-tunity to be heard concerning said Zoning Map amendment at said public hearing. Isl David J.
