Show City Court News. . . Appearing in City Court April 12 was Brad Liston, who was charged with driving during revocation of driver's during suspension of driver's license. He entered a plea of guilty and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200. He was placed on probation for 10 months, and if he is found driving during suspension again during that time he will be required to serve 60 days in jail. Daniel Johnson appeared before Judge Don Crist on April 12 charged with driving while intoxicated and also driving during revocation. He entered a plea of guilty to both charges and was sentenced to pay a total fine of $350 and to serve 60 days in jail. He was placed on probation for one year, and the jail sentence was suspended upon payment of fine and compliance with terms of probation. Larry Allen Vigil appeared on the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicants intoxi-cants on April 12. He entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was sentenced to pay a fine of $200 and to serve 50 days in jail. He was placed on probation for one year, and jail sentence was suspended upon successful completion of probation pro-bation and payment of fine. April 13 Ray Davis appeared on the charge of driving while intoxicated. He entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was sentenced to pay a fine in the amount of $200 or to serve 40 days in jail in default of payment. He is currently , serving his jail sentence, i Appearing at the same time j as Davis was Stanley Begay, j who was charged with public j intoxication and unlawful con sumption of alcohol. He entered a plea of guilty and j was sentenced to pay a fine of j $50 or serve 10 days in jail in I default of payment. He is serving his jail sentence. |
