Show Body Found In River A body believed to be that of Deseree Miller, 15, was recovered from the Colorado River Monday by Grand County Sheriff W.H. Bowman. The body was sported by Rudy Higgins about a mile downstream from the old bridge abutment where the pickup, in which the girl was a passenger, went into the river March 19. It was taken to the Utah State Medical Examiner for autopsy and positive identification. Phillip Wiksten, 22 driver of the vehicle, was charged in Moab City Court on March 22 with automobile homicide. He is currently free on $5,000 bond, and scheduled to appear for preliminary hearing on the charge May ?0 |
