Show PLANS MADE FOR HQCIK ! Selection of Delegates to Utah World Movement Congress Started. I-eading ministers of the nation will speak at the Utah conference In. connection connec-tion with the Interchurch World Movement, Move-ment, which will be held in the First Methodist church of Salt LAke, December 8. 9 and 10, according to the Rev. H. W. Burger and the Rev. Clem Davies, directors direc-tors for the state. Congresses will be held in every state of the union, churches participating in the movement to he represented by a minister and a lay delegate for every twenty members, according to the Rev. Mr. Davies. Selection of delegates by Utah churches, ho said, will.be completed by the end of tho week. Hundreds of church representatives, according to the Rev. Mr. Davies, are expected to attend the state meeting. The temporary offices of the directors of the movement are in the First Methodist Meth-odist church. The Rev. A. G. Alderman is in charge of the Utah-Wyoming headquarters head-quarters in the Ness building. Church surveys of each county In the two slates are being made by more than 30'J workers work-ers under his direction. The Salt Lake eurvey. the Rev. Mr. Davies said, will be undertaken in January. |
