Show SAYS ARKANSAS WILL SETTLE OWN PROBLEM By Universal Service. LITTLE ROCK, Ark.. Nov. 24. The state of Arkansas will continue to handle its race problem without permitting outside out-side interference. Governor Brough said here today. In addressing a conference of whites and negroes. The conference was held to discuss plans for betterment of relations between the two races. More than 400 delegates attended.
