This Information was reeel ved yesterday at the oftice of the first presidency presi-dency of the L. L. S. church from the Hon. Algernon F. -M. Qrelg, secretary of the British embassy at "Washington. D. C. The missionaries have not yet been appointed, ap-pointed, but tneir passports will be vised at San Francisco. This means the lifting, in part, of tha war ban. which, up till now, has permitted only a small number of missionaries to go to the islands. It Is believed other British possessions also will lift the ban soon.
