" , The complaint in the ease was hied on Mondav by Robert A. Moves, J. F. Parsons Par-sons and Nash Roekwond against E. p. Wattis, W. H. Wattis, Isaac Farr. C. L. Fan- James Wotherspoon and the Fake-view Fake-view Mining company. At the same time the plaintiffs asked for a temporary injunction in-junction to restrain the. defendants from issuing the additional stock which was to secure a loan of $3000. By agreement for the early hearing of the case the injunction in-junction was not issued. At the bearing today, after the disposal dis-posal of the demurrer of the defendants, the plaintiffs were given authority to amend their complaint, and the hearing will be resumed tomorrow morning. |
