The mar.-iase took place in San Francisco last Saturday. Like a majority of weddings in military circl&s these days, it was hastily arranged and the announcement will come as a surprise , to Salt Lake friends of the bride, who will be remembered re-membered as the charming guest of Miss Dorothy Bailey early last summer. ( The couple will be at Camp Lewis until Lieutenant McCiatch is called to France. Mrs. Henry Prosper Stewart entertained enter-tained at 1 luncheon yesterday afternoon, followed by a party at the Orpheum matinee, in honor of Miss Virsrinia Whitney, Whit-ney, a bride of next week. The luncheon table was decorated in violets and pink rosebuds, with a boutonniere of the delicate deli-cate blossoms for each guest. The place cards were hand-painted in flower designs. de-signs.
