President Wilson today sent to the senate a re-nomination re-nomination of Postmaster General Burleson. Burle-son. This action was taken because of a la which stipulates that the postmaster general gen-eral shall not hold office for more titan thirty days after the end of the term for which he was appointed. None .of the other cabinet members have been renominated, re-nominated, but it is contended that it Is not necessary. The unusual situation was brough: about by a recent agitation contending that all holdover members of the eabir.it were in office illegally.
