Show FORTY-ONE FAIL TO REPLY TO QUESTIONS Utah County Residents Liable to Arrest Ar-rest for Failure Properly to Fill Out Questionnaires, Special to The Tribune. PROVO, Jan. 24. Forty-one drafted men registered by the Utah county board of exemption have failed to answer their questionnaires. Their names have bTJen handed to the officers and the delinquents delin-quents are liable to arrest. So far as known by the local board, none is in the service as volunteers. The total number registered in the county is 2S50. One hundred and sixty are in the service and questionnaires were sent to the remaining 2690. The list of delinquents is considered small for the large ' number registered. The names are as follows: George Smith, James Harold Arrowsmith, Forfirio Aleilano. Lewis Abila, Paul E.
