Show DRASTIC RULES TO STOP OGDEN-'FLIT .. Effective Immediately, and Far-reaching; 9 Deaths During Day. Special to The Tribune. , OGDEX, Utah, Nov. 26. Drastic measures mea-sures for the purpose of combating the influenza situation were adopted tonight by tho local health board and merchants' committee, whhloh met with Dr. V. S. Harrison, assistant surgeon of federal health service. Tho measures are effect-ivo effect-ivo immediately and believed to be drastic dras-tic enough to meet the situation. Health authorities outside the city will be asked to co-operate. The measures include quarantine on all cases of influenzft for ten days after the fever has subsided ; strict quaratine to ba maintained against persona entering or leaving houses where sickness prevails. pre-vails.
