Chief Executive Sails in Advance of Conference Confer-ence to Confer With the Entente Statesmen. WASHINGTON, Nov. 26. President Wilson will sail for Kurope next week to i attend tho opening of the peace confer- I ence and expects to bo back in "Wash- ' ington soon after the middle of January. j Plans for the president's trip are going i steadily ahead, but beyond the original ! announcement that he would .leave im- ! mediately after the convening, of congress con-gress on December 2 no details have ben made public. However, it was said today authoritatively that the president plans to be back on American soil within six weeks after he leaves. There has been no indication when tho peace conference will assemble, but the general belief here is that it will convene con-vene immediately after the Christmas holidays. The presidit goes In advance ad-vance to confer with the entente statesmen states-men and it is expected the broad outline of the treaty will be framed beforehand with a view to its adoption soon after the conference meets.
