Show JACKSON NOW HOLDS BIG OVERLAND OFFICE Former Packard Head Is Chosen" Vice President of Willys Company. ' TOLEDO, O., June 2. At (he annual meeting of the stockholders of the Willys-Overland company, held last week, the following directors were elected: John N. Willys, Edward J. Swift, H. T. Dunn, C. A. Earl, H. L. Shepler Eathun Fuller, James E. Kepperley, irank K. Dolbeer and Royal B. Scott. Optimism over the business outlook for the coming year was the keynote of the meeting. Mr. "Willys announced that the contract to supply the United States government with 450U motors for Curtiss aeroplanes would not affect the Willys-Overland motor car production produc-tion and that the factories were working work-ing at capacity to keep up with the demand. Of the 1,6.10,925 shares of common stock 'Mr. Willys voted 1,119,632 829,-190 829,-190 owned by himself and 290,442 shares represented by 1237 proxies held by him. There are now 3700 owners of common stock, as compared with 543 at the last annual meeting. The following officers were elected: John N. Willys, president; C. A. Earl, H. L. Shepler, Isaac Kinsey, James E. I Kepperley and Edwin B. Jackson, vice presidents; Royal R. Scott, secretary, and Frank K. Dolbeer, treasurer. The new' vice president. Mr. Jackson, Jack-son, resigned as president of the Packard Pack-ard Motor Car company of JS'cv; York, EDWIN B. He had been with tho Packard in New York and Philadelphia for ten years. I After organizing the Willys-Overland interests in the metropolitan districts he was placed in charge of the policy of sales and branch distribution at the home office in Toledo.
