Show PLAN 10 INTEREST SCHGOLSJN BONDS Children Will Be Asked to Subscribe to the Liberty Bonds on Easy Terms. Bv means of a plan ev nh ed by a committee from the Home and School league and the Farent-Teacher association associa-tion of the city, and approved by the Salt Lake Citv' board of education, the school children of the city are to be given an opportunity to contribute to the Liberfv loan. The plan provides that children of the respective schools may contribute to a general fund which, when it attains at-tains the proper proportions, will be devoted to the purchase of a Liberty bond which is to be issued in the name of the school from which that particular fund came. Upon receipt of the bond, it. with the names of the children who contributed to its purchase, are to be deposited in some local bank, to remain until such a time as it matures or may he redeemed. At any time the money from this source is "used the names of all the children who contributed to the purchase pur-chase of the bond will be identified with the school present. The plan was worked out at the suggestion sug-gestion of Chairman Clarence Bamberger Bamberg-er of the finance committee of the State Council of Defense, who appointed the committee from the membership of the Home and School league and the Farent-Tenchr association. The plan is to be presented to the principals of the various schools which Is to he held tomorrow and they in turn will convev the information to the teachers and pupils of the respective schools.
