Show MURRAY COLLECTING FOR THE RED CROSS Citizens of Murray held a meeting last night in the interests of the Red Cross fund. -The meeting was called by Major J. '. McHenry and was largely attended. at-tended. C. F.. Gaufin, city superintendent of schools. w:rs appointed to have charge of the campaign to raise money from among the residents of the city. The city was j divided into sections comprising the different dif-ferent wards and five residents of each ward were appointed to solicit among the people. Harold Erikson was selected as captain cap-tain of the team in the First ward; Wil- ; Ham Warenski has charge of the Second ward ; Andrew Biorn in the Third ward ; I. E. Barlow In the fourth, and J. J. Proctor in the Fifth. Those wiro want to pay on the Installment Install-ment plan will he accommodated. They may pay one-fourth on July 1, one-fourth on August 1 , one-fourth on September 1 1 and the balance October 1. |
