Show rnzea Whisk ers Alleged to Have Been Pulled Out Photograph Showin g the Growth Before Desecration Desecra-tion Exhibited in Court. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, June 19. A photograph purporting pur-porting to show, among other things, a growth of whiskers that had grown luxuriant under twenty-five twenty-five years' cultivntion and the living liv-ing face of the plaintiff with sundry strands of the whiskers missing were important im-portant exhibits before Judge George S. Barker today in the case of Moroni Flees against F. j. Klvy, charged with assault and battery. Both men are residents of West Second street. Mr. R.ees in 69 years of age, and the quarter-century growth of now silvered whiskers has given him considerable sat-lrsi'ac.Lion, sat-lrsi'ac.Lion, according to his testimony.
