It is the custom of the management of Le Grand hall to give a grand ball each New Year's eve to dance out the old year and greet the new year. Nyv Year s eve falling on Sunday, the ball was given this evening, and yvas one of 'the most delightful events of the week. The ball yas elaborately decorated in green and red.
