TODAY marks the (vpeiiin;; of the one week's whirlwind drive which is to raise $100,000 for the soldiers' welfare fund. This fuel is Vtah's share of more than I0.-0(10.000 I0.-0(10.000 which the commission on train- j ing camp activities of the war and navy i departments are raisiu.n iu behalf ol ; the soldiers in training camps in ' America raid France and i" behalf of . the Red Cross nurses and other women engaged in army work. i Opening the campaign for such :i ; lofty purpose, today has been fittingly i designated as soldiers' welfare fund, Sunday.
