Show POLICE LISTEN TO SPEECH OF NEARING CTIU'AOO. Nov. 10. Several hundred persons attended the speech. Kvery word spoken by Mr. X earing was taken down by a stenographer from tho police department. The speaker speak-er was permitted to conclude his address ad-dress without interruption by tho police. po-lice.
