Show TUCSMIZIAIS FULLY ORGANIZED Election of Officers Held; John F. Cowan President and Manager. Complete organization of the newly-incorporated Tucaon-Arizona was effected yesterday morning at a meeting of the directors of the company, held in the offices of John F. Cowan, t he man who took over the Crepln mines and was a moving spirit in effecting ttie organization organiza-tion of the new company. The officers ani directors of the company, com-pany, as determined yesterday, follow: John F. Cowan, president; E. A. Culbert-son Culbert-son of t he National Bank of the Republic, Re-public, vhe president; B. G. Hile, secretary secre-tary and treasurer. Mr. Hite Is not on the directorate, but the remainder of the board, In addition to the president and vice president, includes Judge William II. King, S. IF Douglas and I--. A. Cummingfi. President Cowan and a representat1 ve of a local automobile firm left yesterday tor t he property, with the intention of considering a contract for the transportation transpor-tation of ore from the mine to Tucson, a distance of about twenty miles. |
