Show MANY AT FUNERAL OF PIONEER WOMAN Mrs. Mary M. Trumbo, Who Came to Utah in 1852, Laid at Final Rest. Funeral services for Mrs. Mary M. Trumbo were held yesterday at the residence resi-dence of her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Edward McGurrin. 21 Fifth East street. The Rev. M. S-heehan of St. Patrick's church officiated. There were main beautiful floral tributes and the larse number of persons who attended testified to the respect in which Mrs. Trumbo was held. Interment took place at Mount Olivet cemetery, the Catholic service for the dead being observed at the graveside. Mrs. Trumbo was a native of New York Citv. She was a daughter of Colonel Reese, one of the explorers of the western west-ern country. She came to Salt Lake in 1S52 and was well known among pioneers. pio-neers. Besides the one daughter, Mrs. McGurrin, Mrs. Trumbo is survived by four sons: Howard Trumbo, Havana; Andrew An-drew J. Trumbo. Oaxaca, Mexico; George A. Trumbo, E! Centro, Cal., and John D. Trumbo of Salt Lake. |
