Show IN THE DISTRICT COURT, PROBATE division, in and for Salt Lake county, state of Utah. In the matter of the estate of Frances McKay Smith, deceased. de-ceased. Notice. The petition of John Y. Smith, Jr., administrator ad-ministrator of the estate' of Frances McKay Mc-Kay Smith, deceased, praying for an order to mortgage property of said decedent, and that all persons interested appear betore the said court to show cause why an order should not be granted to mortgage mort-gage the following-described real estate of said deceased, to-wit: Part of lot five (5), block nineteen (19), plat A, Salt Lake City survey, beginning begin-ning at the northwest corner of said lot; thence south one hundred four and one-half one-half (104 4) feet; thence east seventy-two and one-fourth ( 7 2 Vi feet; thence north one hundred four and one-half (104U) feet: thence west seventy-two and ont-fourth ont-fourth t72') feet to the place of beginning, begin-ning, in Salt Lake county, Utah, has been set for hearing on Friday, the 5th day of January, A. D. 1917, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the county courthouse. In the courtroom court-room of said court in Salt La.ke City, Sait Lake county, Utah.
