Arrangements Arrange-ments 'for tho American polar expedition, expedi-tion, to bo headed by Captain Robert A. Bartlett, Peary 's navigator on his dash to the north pole, have progressed to the point where it is possible that tho expedition, which is to he similar to another led by Captain Jtoald Amundsen, Amund-sen, discoverer of tho south pole, ;3y get away next summer.
