STREET SWEEPERS I TO HEAR ORATORIO The " white wings," the men who i keep the city's streets clean, and are named ater the white coats they wear in the summer months, are to have opportunity op-portunity to hear Handel 's oratorio, "The Messiah," to be presented at the tabernacle New Year's night by singers selected from the church choirs of the citv. Opportunity for their attendance, together to-gether with their wives or sweethearts, : is afforded through tho action of City Commissioner Karl A.
