OCR Text	Show RAILWAY INCREASES ITS CAPITAL STOCK The Bingham & Garfield railway yesterday yes-terday filed with the secretary of state notice thai the capital stock of the company com-pany had been increased from $0,000,000 to $10,000,000. The fee for the increase is $1000, one of the largest single fees received in the past year. At the offices of the company It was said that it was not proposed to market the stocl immediately or to raise money for track extensions or new equipment. The increase was said to be for the purpose pur-pose of having a reserve to meet possible future needs.
