Show llORLEtt MEETOf 1817 Salt Lake Delegation to New Orleans Will Make Strong Effort to Bring Magnates Here. Salt Lake is in the field for the 1917 minor league meeting. Business Manager Bill O'Connor announced an-nounced last night that Manager Bill Beruhard and President F. S. Murphy of the Salt Lako baseball club woulii represent Salt Lake at the New Orleans Or-leans meeting this moDth and they will work to swing the next year's gathering to Salt Lake. Last year at tho San Francisco meeting meet-ing Salt Lake was represented by President Murphy and Mr. O 'Connor, They declared Salt Lake would be in the race for the meeting in 1917 and as a result more than thirty magnates in minor leagues slopped over in Salt Lake on their return to the cast after the San Krnncisco doings and were pleased with the city. Mr. O'Connor is preparing the literature liter-ature to be sent to New Orleans. Th .boo!; tot contains in vital ions from the Pacific Coast league by President Allan T.
