Show Railway Officials Make Visit. Special to Tho Tribune. POOATFT.LO. Ida.. July 26. A number of prominent Pnlon Pacific and O. S. P. officials spent some time' in this city Monday Mon-day afternoon. A special train of five cars eo nveved the party, which included President K. K. Calvin, dcneral Manager W. M. Jeffries, chief Engineer U. P. Hunt lev- and Superintendent of Motive Power C. 10. Fuller of the Union Pacific and Ccneral Mai.ager Howard F. Piatt of the Short Pine. The party was met here by C. en ora! Superintendent W. A. Whitney of the O. S. P. upon his return from a trip over Die Mont a na division. The visit is said to have been one of general gen-eral inspection and to have had no special spe-cial significance. |
