Viscount Mersey, arbitrator in tlie case of the American steamship TVIlhelmina, which was seized and placed in prize court on February 11, 1915, today awarded $50,000 to the W. I.-. Green Commission company of St. Louis, owners of the cargo. This composes virtually the amount claimed from the British government by the Green company. Interest at the rate of five per cent also wlil be paid from September 13. mio, to the date of payment pay-ment of the award. The British government already has advanced $21,200 on account.
