Show Blaylock Gets 10 Days. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN, Sept. 27. Ten days in the county Jail, without the allernative of paying a fine, was the sentence imposed by Judge J. A. Howell this morning in the case of Samuel H. Blaylock. convicted on a charge of contempt of court for failing fail-ing to pay alimony as .ordered. Blaylock hail been cited to appear on two previous occasions for tlie same offense and the third time resulted In the jail sentence. When Mrs. Mary E. Blaylock obtained a l divorce the husband was ordered to pay j 830 per month toward her support and j the support of five minor children. Instead In-stead of doing so he married again. |
