Show MASTER BREWERS VISIT SALT LAKE One hundred and fifty members of the Master Brewers association of the United States are In Salt Luke City on their way to the national convention of the organization organ-ization to be held in San Fram-lBco. They arrived yesterday afternoon In a special train. After a sightseeing trip around the city they had dinner at the Hotel Utah. They will go to Saltair this morning, and this afternoon will depart for San FVancisco. The visitors are headed by Leonard Michael of Brooklyn," honorary president of the HSfo'-iation, which Is made up of the brewing experts of the country'. "The prohibition craze has died out, In my opinion." said Mr. Michael at the Utah last night. "About so often we have the prohibition craze, incited and fanned by a narrow-minded few, who want to compel the great majority of people to do as they dictate. The people peo-ple do not want laws which deprive them of healthful beverages like beer." In the special train party are master hrewers from all parts of the country. The delegates met In Chicago, where the train was made up. |
