K. Wallace, member of the Democratic national committee from Utah. Mr. Wallace and Mr. Fitts dined together last evening at the Hotel Utah. Following the conference, confer-ence, both Mr. Fitts and Mr. Wallace were reticent abont the matters discussed. dis-cussed. It is probably a safe inference, however, that, the two Democratic leaders lead-ers discussed the qualifications of the attorneys who hove been mentioned for the judgeship.
