Earl Falrchilds (name! previously reported as Earl Sholton), John Gardner and Arthur Rowley were arraigned ar-raigned before Precinct Justice E. L. Jones today on a charge of robbing MIckol PowlBon, a farmer of Goshen, of Sltl on April 1. They waived preliminary pre-liminary examination and wero held to thc district courL Their bonds were fixed at 51000 In each case, which they are not able to give, and they will be held In custody till the case Is taken to the district court. |
