Notice is hereby given that at a meeting meet-ing of the directors, duly held September 9, 1913, an assessment of one-half of a cent per share per month, for three months, was levied on the outstanding capital stock of the corporation, payable to M. B. Johnson, assistant secretary, at room 701 Mclntyre building, as follows; One-half cont per share, payable Immediately. Im-mediately. Any stock upon which this assessment may remain unpaid on tho 11th day of October. 1913, will be delinquent delin-quent and ndvortised for sale at public auction, and unless payment Is made before, be-fore, will be stold on the 27th day of October, Oc-tober, 1913, to pay the delinquent assessment, assess-ment, together with the cost of advertising adver-tising and expense of salo.
