Show FREED FROM CONVICT. Wife of C. A. Davidson Secures Divorce; Husband Is In Prison. Special to The Tribune. OGDEN", Sept- 10. As a result of his having been sentenced to a term In the state prison for second-degTee burglary. C. A. Davidson has lost his wife. In Judge J. A. Howell's division of the Second district court today. Lola Davidson David-son was granted an interlocutory decree of divorce on hor ex-parto testimony to the effect that the husband Is confined In tho state prison. The two minor children were placed In the care and custody of the wife. Davidson Da-vidson was sentenced to two years' Imprisonment Im-prisonment on December U. 1012. Judge Howell also granted a decree of divorce to Mary Lopcr in her suit against John F. Loper. charged with cruelty and failure to provide. Tho wife was granted the custody of the minor children and the community property. In a complaint filed loday. Lillle A. Jones has brought suit for divorce from William A Jones, alleging cruelty. The parties were married in Salt Lake on September S, 1003, and there are now two minor children. Mrs. Jones petitions the court for custody of tho children and permanent per-manent alimony. |
