Show MIXUP IN NEW YORK MAY HELP FUGITIVE ALBANY. N. T.. Sept. 10. That counsel coun-sel for Harry K. Thaw will make the most of Now York state's gubernatorial mlxup In attempts to block the fugitive's return to this state from New Hampshire, Hamp-shire, is expected by state officials and supporters of both Governor Sulzer and Acting Governor Glynn. Attorney General Gen-eral Carmody already has taken atcps to bring about Thaw's return on extradition extra-dition papers based upon a. charge that Thaw escaped from Matteawan hospital as the result of a conspiracy.
