Show scorn; city fob JflPKE sue K. Nogahana, Who Shot Countryman, Coun-tryman, Is Eluding the Police. The photograph of K. Nogahana, a satchel containing a number of letters addressed to him, and other papers, and the revolver with which ho shot K. Olcl-moto Olcl-moto early Sunday morning, were discovered discov-ered by Acting Duty Sergeant Tojn Simpson, Simp-son, Sunday. Chief or Police Barlow will have a number of circulars printed containing con-taining a likeness of Nogahana, which will be sent, broadcast. N. Ashodo and T. Nalto, the two Japanese who arrived In this city from Bingham Canyon Saturday, Sat-urday, In company with Nogahana, were arrested by Acting Duty Sergeant Simpson Simp-son and pul through an examination regarding re-garding their knowledge of Nogahana and his habits. Both were, released later. Although tho country was scoured for Nogahana, no trace of him has been discovered dis-covered by the police. After securing tho photograph, which contained likenesses of a number of Japanese, Acting Duty Sergeant Simpson showed the photograph to a number of Japanese. All pointed out one likeness as that of Nogahana, and each Japanese said that Nogahana was the man who had done the shooting. J'red Deallmore of 22!
