Show NOTICE. Notice Is hereby given that a meeting of all members of tho Salt Lake City lodge No. 250. Loval Order of Moose of the World, a corporation existing under tho laws of the stato of Utah, will bo held on Wednesday evening. Scptcmbor II, 1!U0. at the hour of S o"clock p. m. of said day at the regular meeting place of the association, to wit: No 21 West First South street. Salt Lake City. Utah, for the purpose of considering the following fol-lowing amendment to the articles of Incorporation: In-corporation: That tho first paragraph of section No. three (3) be amended to road as follow: Third. The officers of this corporation shall bo a board of governors, consisting consist-ing of nine members, who shall be tho junior or sitting past dictator, the dictator dic-tator and the three trustees of Salt Lako Cltv lodge No. 250. Loyal Order of Moose, and such officers shall bo elected In the manner provided In the constitution and bv-laws of the Loyal Order of Moose of the World; and tho above named officers, to wit The junior or sitting past dictator, dic-tator, tho dictator and the thrco trustees trus-tees shall be empowered to select from the members of the corporation four (i) additional members of the board of governors gov-ernors to hold their office until tho next annual election of officers of the corporation, cor-poration, or until their successors are appointed.
